Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system.

The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library:

7 July 2016 - Amended to allow for casual staff to salary sacrifice superannuation deduction to UniSuper (clause 4.1). Reference made to the New Futures Strategic Plan 2016 - 2025.

30 June 2015 - Administrative amendments to update Policy Owner and Contact.

14 June 2011 - Amended to include a new Clause 4.8 to clarify staff liabilities for applicable fees, charges and taxes (as contained in the Salary Packaging User Guide) and updates of links to revised supporting documentation, as provided by Acting Director, Human Resource Services.
