Summary of Changes from Previous Version

1 December 2023:  Links to 2023 Enterprise Agreements added to replace links to 2018 enterprise agreements. Approved, University Secretary as administrative amendment.


This policy has been developed in consultation with all staff. The new policy and guidance formalises a way of working that the organisation has adopted progressively over the last two years.
