Summary of Changes from Previous Version

20 Jan 2020:  Clause 11 updated to change timeframe for approval of timesheets.  Approved by Chief People & Culture Officer.

5 August 2020:  Clause 9 updated to include Community Music teachers. Link added to Timetable in Clause 11. Approved as Administrative Amendment.

The University supports compliance with the obligations within the various Enterprise Agreements in place. In this regard, the University is committed to ensuring casual staff are paid in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant Enterprise Agreements. This procedure outlines the steps required of casual staff to record hours of work.
