Summary of Changes from Previous Version

18 June 2019:  Minor administrative amendment to Clause 326 to rectify wording, “an appeal must the appeal submit” to “an appeal must submit the appeal”. Approved by Director Assurance Services.


27 May 2019:  Minor administrative amendment to Clause 296 – “supplementary” changed to “rescheduled”. Approved by Director Assurance Services.
