Summary of Changes from Previous Version

The changes include:
- update exemptions to the procedure, including bequests to the University that do not specifically allow indirect cost recovery;
- define philanthropic funding as it relates to this procedure;
- include stipends in direct costs; and
- include responsibilities for Institute Directors; and
- updates to the Schedule - Indirect Cost Recovery Rates and Distribution.
