(42) Requests for personal information are granted in line with the access principles prescribed by the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) (PPIP Act). If the PPIP Act or this Guide requires that a formal request is made you can apply online or contact the Privacy and Right to Information Officer.
