- Recommend changes to the Capital Management Plan for approval.
- Monitor and report actual and forecast performance against the Capital Management Plan to maintain an “A" rating.
- Assess and report on the ongoing effectiveness of management plans to achieve a financial position, financial performance, and cash flows of an "A" rating.
