Summary of Changes from Previous Version

8 September 2021:  Strategic Procurement changed to Procure to Pay throughout.  Approved as administrative amendment by University Secretary.


15 May 2019: Definition of Intellectual Property updated.


All references to Research Expenditure have been changed to Research Equipment Expenditure. A definition of research equipment expenditure has been added at Clause 1 d. Clause 3 has been amended to reflect that multiple delegates may be involved in pre-approval of purchases. References to "Research expenditure" have been removed from under heading of Operational Expenditure. New clause has been added to reflect requirements for Research Equipment and Construction Expenditure valued between $10,000 and less than $50,000. Goods and services has been changed to Goods or Services.
