Summary of Changes from Previous Version

13 December 2021:  Replaced reference to Information Technology business unit, with Information Technology Services.  Approved as administrative amendment, University Secretary.

30 March 2021: Definition of Information Owner updated to reflect College rather than Faculty. Administrative amendment, approved by University Secretary.

The policy has been updated to better articulate the requirements under the State Records Act 1998 to manage University Records.
