Summary of Changes from Previous Version

18 October 2022: This Policy was given further consideration by the Executive Committee on 17 October, 2022, and the previous recommendation for approval was retracted pending further consultation. As the current delegations of authority require recommendation for approval by the Executive Committee, the Policy has been rescinded until such time as further recommendations from the Executive Committee are provided. In the meantime, the previously published Recruitment, Selection and Appointment Policy and Market Loadins Policy will take effect.

Full review conducted. This Policy replaces the Recruitment, Selection and Appointment Policy and the Market Loadings Policy.
