Summary of Changes from Previous Version

4 October 2023: Reference to Public Interest Disclosures Act 1994 in Clause 7 replaced with Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022. Administrative amendment, approved by University Secretary.

19 October, 2022: Amendment to clause 13. Addition of new clause 14. Approved by Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research and Innovation) as minor amendment.

24 January 2022: Amendments to update definitions of “foreign influence” and “foreign interference”. Clauses 6c, 8j and 39c updated. Related amendments to Clause 60 and 65 to update name of Committee; and 7a to reflect current version of Guidelines. Administrative amendments, approved by University Secretary.

13 December 2021: Amendments to Clause 29 and 36 to reflect non-HREC ethics approval mechanisms. Approved by Council, 10 December 2021 (C21:130).

25 March 2021: Faculty changed to College throughout. Approved as administrative amendment, University Secretary.
