Summary of Changes from Previous Version

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system.

The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library:

26/5/2017 - Annual review and revision to support Risk Management Framework revision.

24/7/2016 - Annual review in line with ISO 31000.

25/09/2015 - Complete revision in line with the UON Risk Management Strategy. Approved by the Risk Committee of Council subject to minor amendments (Item 04.03-1 D15/217093).

1/09/2014 - Administrative changes to reflect structural changes, including in Council committees, align to new policy framework and include the ISO definition of risk as a principle for increased clarity.

18/03/2011 - Amend links to new Conflicts of Interest Policy.

24/03/2010 - Amend Policy Contact.

25/02/2010 - Administrative Amendment to incorporate updating of the relevant Australian Standard.

30/11/2007 - First version.
