Summary of Changes from Previous Version

24 June, 2019: Clause 26(d) amended to reflect the original clause and correct an error in migration of this clause to the new policy library.

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system.

The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library:

15/2/2018 – Administrative amendment – updating superseded titles and By-law references, consistent with Governance Rule.

22/09/17 - Council - Interim amendments, pending review of the rule, to reflect content now contained in the Governance Rule made to clauses 3.1 to 3.6, 3.8, 3.9.2,3.11, 3.12, 6 and to annexure 3.

25/09/14 - University Secretary - Administrative amendment - Clause 6 is subject to proposed amendments to the By-law, and will only come into effect upon a date to be declared by Council.

Pending amendments to the By-laws of the University - Council - Includes Clause ‘Proposal for External Members of Council’ an inclusion that was approved by the Council on 230514 subject to consistent amendment the By-law being made by the NSW Parliament
