Approved under Council Resolution C18:059 on 1 June 2018:  Clause 138 was amended to reflect that a Delegate may act on behalf of the Dean of Graduate Studies. Clause 139 was amended to reduce the number of recommendations that can be made by Thesis Examiners from 5 to 4.
