12 April 2023: This Procedure has been rescinded. Please refer to the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Procedure, effective 12 April 2023. This Procedure was rescinded following approval and publication of the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Procedure. The Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Procedure was given further consideration by the Executive Committee on 17 October 2022 and the previous recommendation for approval was retracted pending further consultation. As the current Delegations of Authority require recommendation for approval by the Executive Committee, the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Procedure was rescinded until such time as a further recommendations from the Executive Committee are provided.
