Summary of Changes from Previous Version

8 August 2024:  Amendments to clauses 5rii, 13b, 18a, 36a, 44a, 48b, 61a, 65b, 68a, 70b, to reference and link to “Student Code of Conduct” instead of Code of Conduct.  Approved as administrative amendment, University Secretary. 


Full review conducted to align with the establishment of new policies and procedures. Amendments include changes to the initial period of enforced leave, responsibilities for assessment of research misconduct, and the introduction of a panel for appeals made to the Vice-Chancellor. More explicit detail relating to procedural fairness and timelines has been incorporated.
