Approved by University of Newcastle President Academic Senate, 4 December 2020; and University of New England Academic Board 11 December, 2020. This is the first version of this document to be published in the new University of Newcastle Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect from 27 May 2014. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system.
