Summary of Changes from Previous Version

17 April 2025 – Clause 78a, b and e amended from “204” weeks to “2-4” weeks – editorial amendment.


The changes in this version comprise those submitted to Executive Leadership Team on 5 August 2024, and on 9 December 2024. The changes proposed on 5 August 2024 aligns the procedure with amended delegations of authority and: - delineates the types of outbound global experiences for clarity; - provides definitions for each type of outbound global experience; - includes a new clause for students to consider reasonable requests by the University; - removes restrictions for international students to undertaken only up to 20-units of study in their home country; - includes individual student self-assessment provisions and travel approval information. The changes proposed on 9 December 2024 amends the provisions for Study Tour approval.
