Summary of Changes from Previous Version

25 March 2021: Definition of School updated to reflect College rather than Faculty. Administrative amendment, approved by University Secretary.

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system. The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library: 20 November 2017 - Policy team - Outcome of the UON policy glossary - replaced term "custodian" with "information owner" 17 July 2015 - Vice-Chancellor - Procedure reviewed in line with document review cycle to reflect system changes. 17 April 2014 - Associate Professor Anne Young Director Strategic Planning and Performance. - The approved Policy principles were incorporated into the Agency Information Guide and the Policy and Procedure were combined and reformatted as per the Policy on Policy. The Agency Information Guide was approved by Council on 29 November 2013.
