Summary of Changes from Previous Version

26 April 2023:  Spelling error corrected in clause 71. Administrative amendment.

27 February 2023: Minor amendments to clause 70 and 87 (previously 86). New clauses 80 and 93 added. Approved by Chief People and Culture Officer.

Full review conducted to ensure consistency with the Academic Planning and Performance Policy, and incorporate changes to add an additional pathway to academic promotion based on exceptional performance in one area coupled with acceptable performance in the other two areas; removal of research-only promotion track; and reference to the Foundations Framework.
