10 January 2019 – Minor administrative amendment – added “Schedule to the Awards and Graduation Policy”, approved by University Secretary 9 January 2019.

30 August, 2018 – Minor administrative amendment to remove reference to the Undergraduate Awards and Programs Schedule which was rescinded by Council in meeting 18 July 2018 and replace with appropriate policy or schedule. Clauses 1, 4, 10 and 13 amended.

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system. The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library: 22 May 2013 - The Secretariat - Minor amendment - Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) replaced Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic & Global Relations) in Section 3.1 and as Policy Sponsor to reflect structural changes. 5 November 2012 - Governance and Policy - Notification added that this schedule will be under review in 2013. 22 August 2012 - Governance & Policy Unit - Minor amendments to correct typos and add Essential Supporting documents, hyperlinks and commencement date. The creation of the Bachelor of Psychology and Bachelor of Psychological Science Schedule was approved by Council resolution C12:049, 23 March 2012. It replaces the Bachelor of Psychological Science Schedule 000824 which was rescinded.
