Summary of Changes from Previous Version

31 July 2018: Minor administrative change to change reference to Student Misconduct Rule to Student Conduct Rule.

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system and removal of reference to any rescinded policy documents.

The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library:

Amended 9 July 2015 - Amended Policy Sponsor from Deputy ViceChancellor (Academic) to Director, Council Services and Chancellery to reflect structural changes

14 May 2012 - Governance and Policy Unit - Minor amendments to clause 2.0, 5.2 and 7.0 to reflect changes from 'Protected disclosures' to 'Public Interest Disclosures'.

23 August 2011 - Administrative amendments due to implementation of Student Misconduct Rule which replaced Student Discipline Rules effective 25 July 2011.

28 September 2010 - Updated FOI to GIPA provisions
