Summary of Changes from Previous Version

31 July 2018: Minor administrative change to amend reference to Student Misconduct Rule to Student Conduct Rule.

This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system. The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library: 09.07.2015 - Administrative amendments to update Approval Authority, Policy Sponsor and Policy Owner titles. 9 October 2014 - minor edits to correct typos and hyperlinks Minor amendments to clauses 2.0 and 5.0 to reflect changes from 'Protected disclosures' to 'Public Interest Disclosures', effected by Governance and Policy Unit 14 May 2012 23 August 2011 - Administrative amendments due to implementation of Student Misconduct Rule which replaced Student Discipline Rules effective 25 July 2011.
