Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Full review conducted with minor amendments to remove duplicated content, clarify clauses, correct errors, re-order content and improve readability. Significant amendments made to: - reference new policy documents; - clarify responsibilities and authorities; - include 80% compulsory attendance requirements and associated administration; - incorporate ability to verify authenticity of oral examinations; and - improve processes and/or reflect current practices.
