Summary of Changes from Previous Version

Review of terminology utilised throughout; definitions reviewed; amendment of the clauses on Pricing and Competitive Neutrality to reflect that the University is not required to comply with the NSW Government Policy Statement on the Application of Competitive Neutrality and removal of subsequent clauses relating to this. Section 7 De-registration and Exit added. Section “Policy Review” removed.
