2 July 2020: UON changed to University throughout. Approved Director, Assurance Services. 4 February 2019: Minor Administrative Amendment, Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor Research and Innovation amended to Deputy Vice Chancellor Research and Innovation, following positional changes within the University.
