             This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system. The following information details the history of changes to the document prior to its publication in the new UON Policy Library: 2 May, 2018:  International Students Letter of Release Procedure – replaces the International Students Requesting a Transfer Between Registered Providers. 30 November 2016:  Revisions to Procedure approved by Academic Registrar following a review of the procedure and realignment of organisational responsibilities. 1 July 2013:  Amendments - addition of clause 4.2.1; revisions to 4.3(i), 4.3.1, 4.6 and 4.10; rescission of clause 4.7 (effective 24 June 2013 following review of this procedure by UON Global and Student and Academic Services) and Policy Sponsor amended to Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), approved Academic Registrar, 1 July 2013. 23 August 2011: Administrative amendments due to implementation of Student Misconduct Rule which replaced Student Discipline Rules effective 25 July 2011. 3 October 2007:  First edition approved Academic Senate.International Students Letter of Release Procedure
