Summary of Changes from Previous Version

12 April 2023:  This Procedure has been rescinded.  Please refer to the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Policy, effective 12 April 2023.


This Policy was previously rescinded following approval of the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Policy on 11 October. The Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Policy was given further consideration by the Executive Committee on 17 October 2022 and the previous recommendation for approval was retracted pending further consultation. As the current Delegations of Authority require recommendation for approval by the Executive Committee, the Talent, Recruitment and Appointment Policy was rescinded until such time as a further recommendations from the Executive Committee are provided. In the meantime, the previously published Market Loadings Policy will take effect.
