Summary of Changes from Previous Version

15 July 2020: Administrative amendment to Clause 22 and Clause 39 to accommodate changes to Working From Home Agreement and Checklist.  Approved by Director, Assurance Services.


This is the first version of this document to be published in the new UON Policy Library. For all intents and purposes, this version is reflective of the version that was approved, published and in effect at the time the new Policy Library was launched. In migrating the document to the new Policy Library it was subjected to reformatting, including the application of a new numbering system. Amendment History: 9 July 2015 - Administrative amendments to update Approval Authority, Policy Sponsor and Policy Owner titles. 27 November 2012 - New procedure provided to formalise arrangements relating to staff working from home, approved by Acting Director Human Resource Services.
