How to make a comment?
1. Use this to open a comment box for your chosen Section, Part, Heading or clause.
2. Type your feedback into the comments box and then click "save comment" button located in the lower-right of the comment box.
3. Do not open more than one comment box at the same time.
4. When you have finished making comments proceed to the next stage by clicking on the "Continue to Step 2" button at the very bottom of this page.
Important Information
During the comment process you are connected to a database. Like internet banking, the session that connects you to the database may time-out due to inactivity. If you do not have JavaScript running you will recieve a message to advise you of the length of time before the time-out. If you have JavaScript enabled, the time-out is lengthy and should not cause difficulty, however you should note the following tips to avoid losing your comments or corrupting your entries:

DO NOT jump between web pages/applications while logging comments.

DO NOT log comments for more than one document at a time. Complete and submit all comments for one document before commenting on another.

DO NOT leave your submission half way through. If you need to take a break, submit your current set of comments. The system will email you a copy of your comments so you can identify where you were up to and add to them later.

This calculation is made station-wide, not per individual program, and excludes music used in sponsorship announcements and station or program promotions. The Program Director is responsible for conducting a monthly review to confirm compliance with this requirement. While individual programs are not required to meet the 25% threshold, presenters are encouraged to include Australian music wherever possible and to exceed the minimum standard where appropriate. (19) All Australian recordings which are the property of 2NURFM will be visibly identified as Australian. (20) 2NURFM will not accept any form of payment in cash or in-kind in return for providing airplay or promotion of music, except where permitted under the provisions of the sponsorship policy outlined in Section 6. (22) 2NURFM recognises the diversity of cultures, languages, ways of life and kinship structures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. 2NURFM acknowledges the traditional Aboriginal owners of the lands on which our offices are located, including: (23) 2NURFM will engage and collaborate with Indigenous peoples within the community, and foster links with the Wollotuka Institute of the (25) 2NURFM will adhere to all relevant broadcasting regulations regarding the reporting of Indigenous content and related matters, issues, events and community related matters. (29) 2NURFM will undertake outside broadcasts, as practicable, to enable the station to be more accessible to the broader community. This will allow community members to see what the station does, how it operates, and how they may be able to contribute to the station, and importantly, give feedback on 2NURFM's service. (30) Where 2NURFM provides emergency broadcasts, the station will: (31) Where practicable, 2NURFM will provide emergency information in the languages spoken in our licence area. (41) 2NURFM’s Complaint Handling Procedure clearly sets out how 2NURFM manages: (42) 2NURFM will provide clear, prominent information how to make a complaint, including a direct link to the complaints section on the 2NURFM website. Complaints will be handled fairly, objectively, confidentially, and in a timely manner, with reasons provided for decisions. (43) 2NURFM will retain complaint records for at least 24 months, including the outcome (substantiated or dismissed). 2NURFM may decide not to respond where a complaint is frivolous, vexatious, duplicative of earlier complaints on the same issue, or where the complainant does not seek a response.2NURFM Community Broadcasting Policy
